We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow our brand and market share.

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services, building relationships with potential customers, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
