FAIR PACK MACHINERIES Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of innovative packaging machinery, serving clients across industries. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to expand our business in the Bangalore and Karnataka region.

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in selling packaging machines or related equipment
**Skills Required**:

- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the packaging machinery sector
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of the local market and client base in Karnataka
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
- Promote and sell packaging machines to clients in Bangalore and across Karnataka
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling packaging machines or similar industrial equipment
- Willingness to travel across Karnataka
