We are seeking a passionate Account Executive to help us grow our market presence. As an Account Executive at StarSales, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformative journey, managing and growing key accounts. You will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts. Leveraging your exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, you will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**- **Driving sales by creating detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
**- **Exploring new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.
**- **Presenting products to prospective clients.
**- **Supporting professional after-sales to maximize customer loyalty.
**- **Remaining in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
**- **Responding to complaints and resolving issues to the customer’s satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation.
**- **Negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**- **Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
**- **Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
**- **Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
**- **Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
**- **Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
**- **Unparalleled organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
