Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team in Thrissur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The Account Executive will play a key role in supporting the finance team with accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.

Skills

  • Must possess strong accounting skills to maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in preparing comprehensive financial statements and reports.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis to support strategic decisions and identify trends.
  • Skilled in maintaining records accurately to ensure data reliability and ease of access.
  • Adept at filing bills promptly, ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Experience with GST return filing is essential for compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Competency in account management to foster productive client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounting tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for management to inform decision-making processes.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all financial transactions and account activities.
  • Ensure timely billing and filing processes, managing accounts receivable and payable efficiently.
  • Handle gst return filings accurately and on schedule to meet all legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline operational procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support account growth and retention.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures, and systems.
