Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. This role includes conducting sales calls, managing customer inquiries, maintaining comprehensive customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the consulting industry is a plus
