**Job Description**:
As a Viral Content Creator at Luees, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and optimizing highly shareable video and photo content that resonates with our target audience. Your creativity, innovation, and understanding of social media trends will be instrumental in achieving viral success and expanding our digital footprint.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for viral video and photo content that align with current trends, cultural moments, and audience interests.
- Develop engaging and attention-grabbing concepts for social media campaigns, challenges, and trends.
- Produce high-quality video content, including short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics, using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Capture and edit compelling photos that tell a story and evoke emotion, ensuring consistency in brand voice and style.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to execute content ideas and campaigns.
- Optimize content for maximum virality and engagement, including captioning, tagging, and leveraging platform-specific features.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to inform content strategy and adapt tactics accordingly.
- Analyze performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the success of content and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital media and content creation.
- Experiment with new formats, techniques, and storytelling methods to drive innovation and differentiation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation for social media, with a track record of producing viral videos and photos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and editing.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content optimization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a knack for generating fresh and innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, digital marketing, or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and embrace experimentation and iteration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
