**Job Title: Content Creator**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Content Creator with 2 years of experience in content creation, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and engage our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop creative and compelling content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. Research and analyze industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for content creation.

**SEO Optimization**: Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and monitor performance using analytics tools.

**Audience Engagement**: Engage with our audience across social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth. Monitor conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

**Content Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve performance over time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, as well as social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
