**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for websites, blogs, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), and other digital channels.
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
- Research industry-related topics and trends to create informative, creative, and engaging content.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and sales teams to produce campaign-specific content.
- Manage and repurpose content across different digital platforms for maximum reach.
- Track content performance metrics (engagement, impressions, conversions) and optimize future content accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and content trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Content Creator / Copywriter / Digital Content Specialist.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in video script writing, short-form and long-form content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools is a plus.
