We are a fast-growing, women-led jewelry startup building a strong presence across social media and e-commerce platforms. Our brand focuses on daily-wear, anti-tarnish jewelry that’s stylish, high-quality, and affordable. Now, we’re looking for a **dynamic, camera-friendly female content creator** who knows how to **create viral content**, grow followers, and build a loyal online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Strategy**
- Ideate, script, shoot & edit **engaging Reels, Stories, and short-form videos** (face-to-camera and aesthetic product shots).
- Confidently **showcase products on camera** and explain features, styling tips, etc.
- Research and implement **viral trends, audio, transitions** & niche-specific content ideas.
- Create **brand-building content** that boosts connection, community, and conversion.
- Build and maintain a **monthly content calendar** aligned with product launches, offers, and brand goals.

**Video Editing & Designing**
- Basic to intermediate **video editing skills** using CapCut, VN, InShot, or any editing software.
- Ability to add catchy hooks, texts, transitions, trending audio, and effects.
- Design story/post graphics when needed using **Canva or similar tools.**

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow our **Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and other platforms.**:

- Write **engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs** to drive comments, shares, and saves.
- Respond to DMs/comments and engage with our audience.
- Analyze content performance, growth, and suggest creative improvements.

**Growth & Trends**
- Stay updated with **Instagram algorithm changes, hacks, & trend cycles.**:

- Suggest and experiment with **growth tactics** (collabs, giveaways, influencer-led campaigns).
- Monitor competitors & industry content for inspiration and benchmarking.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Comfortable and **confident showing face on camera** — content will feature you often.
- Strong understanding of **Instagram Reels, video content, and aesthetics.**:

- Good sense of **fashion, styling, and jewelry presentation.**:

- Excellent spoken English or Hindi (or mix of both as needed in videos).
- Basic knowledge of **photo/video editing tools** (CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot, etc.).
- Passionate about social media, camera presence, and creating scroll-stopping content.
- Self-driven, creative thinker, and trend-savvy.

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience working with a **fashion/jewelry/beauty/lifestyle brand.**:

- Ability to shoot and create content independently.
- Skills in **photography, influencer collaboration, and UGC-style content**.
