We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern with a background in Mass Communication & Journalism to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and learn from industry experts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels.
- Help in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and create reports.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for social media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication & Journalism.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
