We are looking to hire Capability Executive - eCommerce based in Mumbai

**Role & Responsibilities**:
We are looking to hire a eCom Capability Executive as a part of the ecommerce CD team in HUL. His/her core job would be to work with data and unlock better decision making for the channel

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new ways of working to capture growth for Unilever brands across the eCom ecosystem
- Bring expertise in SEO across platforms by driving the right input parameters for the same
- Constantly elicit and analyse business needs of stakeholders (internal and external) and draw out fishbones for the same
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation to unlock capabilities across platforms
- Work with global/local teams and develop best practices across all growth levers on eCom including in-stock, discoverability, content and R&R
- Drive strong execution metrics to uphold the "perfect eCom shelf"

**Requirements**:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and in particular MS Excel and Power BI
- Experience in online content management and system integration is highly valuable
- Inter-personal skills and teamwork are a must
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a strong output orientation
- Excellent analytical, quant and creative problem solving skills
