**Finance Officer**

**About Smile Foundation**:

**Position**: Finance Officer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- With the 3rd party:_
- Checking of all the bills and vouchers from 3rd party before submission to Smile Finance department
- Coordinate with 3rd party for necessary corrections in the bills and vouchers during the period of involvement
- Assist to get internal approval to release the fund to 3rd party and ensure timely release
- Other work with internal team:_
- Assist to check the bills, requisition and organizing approvals for smooth running of the program
- Assist to arrange internal approval to release the fund to the team on time
- Tracking of Petro Card and organizing timely recharge
- Tracking of Happay card and organizing timely recharge
- Tracing of FASTag and organizing timely recharge
- Ensure timely payment of Smile phone connection for the vehicles
- Visit of the project location as per the instructions of HO if required
- Orientation training of the team to collect proper bills and technically correct voucher creation
- Assist to on time submission of bill vouchers, purchase order, delivery challans in proper order to Smile Finance department
- Maintaining expenditure status for frequent reporting to Project Lead
- Maintain cash flow in the field for smooth running of operation.

**Functional Area**: Finance
**Desired work experience**: 2 to 4 years
**Technical**: MS excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Tally, ERP.
