**Finance Department**

The Finance Department partners with country and global leadership to ensure profitable growth as we
accomplish our mission. We provide strategic partnership and actionable feedback on our financial
performance. We are continually focused on judicious use of resources whether for each one of our
territories or for the entire company. Across our rapidly scaling multi-unit enterprise, we provide
leadership to build a world-class financial organization. This includes the design and development of
financial systems, policies, procedures (taking into account current and fast growing high volume
transactions, teams, numbers of geographically distributed business units) and provision of shared
services for financial operations by a centralized team specializing in Accounting, Accounts Payable,
Payroll, Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis.

**About the Role**

The Officer Finance holds an important finance & administrative function of the finance business unit
at NewGlobe. This position is responsible for booking and vetting vendor invoices/Employee
reimbursements, End of Month review, monthly tax filing and acting as finance business support.
The Officer, Finance will report directly to the Director, Finance.

**What You Will Do**
- Review of transactions before posting it to Navision (daily expenses, Payable,

receivables & and advance payments made to suppliers/employees)
- Assist consultants in filings of all relevant tax return and remit all taxes (Payroll statutory

payments, TDS and GST) to the respective authority
- Co-ordinate with Shared services AR team and assist team in recognition of monthly

revenue as per partnership invoices and fees collections
- Advise share service team on the relevant account codes for proper posting of transaction
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute

various accounting tasks
- Act as a finance support officer for internal & external stakeholders
- Assist BU leadership team to collect pending invoices from Customers

**You will also**:

- Execute financial and non-financial key performance indicators and the appropriate

reporting to assess financial and operational performance across the region.
- Ensure that systems and controls are in place to minimize and mitigate risk of

fraud/leakage are strictly adhered to
- Support business expansion strategies.
- Manage the external audit process for financial statements; ensure that the Company is in

compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
**What You Should Have**
- At least 3-4 years of experience within the finance unit of a medium size organization.
