**Job Type**: Full-time

As a **Customer Care Executive**, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed product/service information and guidance to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English communication** (both verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Dewas**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
