**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Social Media Specialist** to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media platforms. Your passion for social media as a communication tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.

**Location: 100% Remote**

**Employment Type: Full time**

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute our social media campaigns through audience identification, benchmarking, competitive research and platform determination.
- Develop, edit, publish and share content, for example, unique textual content, pictures or video on a regular basis.
- Assisting the marketing team in developing copies for advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with business leaders, professionals, stakeholders, clients, designers, and other engineers to build marketing projects and campaigns.
- Build the visibility of our company’s social content with page optimization techniques on all social media and search networks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to manage reputation, recognize key players and coordinate actions.
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Leveraging AI Tools and softwares to develop strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the high visibility and outreach of high-quality content to maximum.

**Must Have**:

- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Meta, Youtube etc..
- Expertise with Social Media/Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing, as well as web designing.
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to comprehend and summarize the content.
- Needs to have an extensive understanding of US content, culture and its clients.
- Able to run attractive campaigns on social media.
- Creativity and collaborative spirit as a team player & team leader.
- Strong Ownership skills.
