**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
