Customer Onboarding Strategist, Acquisitions

**Minimum qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including consultative business. - Experience in business, media account management, or the advertising industry. - Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently. **Preferred qualifications**: - 2 years of experience working in a digital agency, with a Google product focus. - 2 years of experience in the TV or media industry. - Ability to proactively reach out to customers/cold calling, helping customers to add value to their business. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to communicate in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam fluently. **About the job**: Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Manage a new customer portfolio to set them up with their digital advertising journey. - Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers. - Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products. - Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers.
