**Job Summary**: To manage the relationship with the customer and ensure that customer retention rate achieves 90% on Y-O-Y Basis and sales of the customer increase by 25% average.
**Particular**
To contact the customers at least twice in a month for new orders excluding active customers communication
Share them WhatsApp greetings and new product development images which are made by the marketing team
To share the updates with all customers (active vs. cold) when price revision receives
To maintain the communication remarks in the defined formats
To seek the percentage of shares we have, so that we can identify which competing company is also supplying to the customer, and divert those sales
To ask customers about other needs of theirs, and do cross-selling
To take the feedback on the price vs quality and services of the company
To share the sales MIS REPORT on a daily, weekly and monthly basis during the meetings
Repeat order trend
CustomCustomer-wise increase with trends
Customer-wise addition
Lost customer data
Application wise sales report etc.
To provide the quote and take follow up on the same
To listen to the customer’s grievances carefully without arguing and solve the issue amicably by involving the management
To handle the price-related, related, service-related objections of the customer and solve whatever is best possible to create a win-win situation for both.

Salary (CTC) 2.40 LPA
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
