KM Foundation is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Academic Counsellor. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students who are interested in enrolling in our various courses after completing their high school education. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with students, provide them with accurate information about our courses, and assist them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct informative and engaging conversations with students to understand their educational goals and interests.

Provide detailed information about our courses, including curriculum, admission requirements, fees, and available scholarships.

Address any questions or concerns that students may have and provide personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions.

Follow up with students regularly to keep them updated on important deadlines, events, and opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students and ensure that their information is kept confidential.
- Collaborate with other members of the admissions team to coordinate efforts and achieve enrollment targets.

Language Prefferd

English, Malayalam and Tamil

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, communication, or a related field.

Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions counseling, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for maintaining records and trackinginteractions. Would be preferred.

Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
