**Job Title**: Academic Counsellor

**Location**: Bangalore
**Salary Range**:

- **Freshers**: Up to ₹35,000/month

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic programs and career pathways.
- Assist students in developing academic plans aligned with their goals and institutional requirements.
- Monitor student progress and intervene with strategic support where necessary
- Conduct academic orientation sessions and skill development workshops
- Identify and support students facing academic challenges or at risk of underperformance
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions, plans, and progress
- Stay informed about curriculum updates, academic policies, and career trends
- Promote student retention through proactive advising and relationship-building

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree or background in education/psychology preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply; prior counselling or academic advisory experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
