We are thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity at our **KR Puram Centre**. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Academic Counsellor to join our team.

This role is integral to guiding students in their educational journey, specifically within our CAD, CAM, and IT training programs.

Position: Academic Counsellor

Location: KR Puram Centre

Specialization: CAD, CAM, and IT Training

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counselling & Guidance: Provide personalized academic counselling to students interested in Civil CAD, mechanical CAD, and IT courses, helping them select the most suitable programs and preparation strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and their families to foster trust, ensuring continued support and engagement.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses, schedules, and registration processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in academic counselling and sales within the edtech or training industry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Persuasive and confident in promoting courses and programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
