**Job Summary**

The Academic Counsellor (Sales) will focus on driving admissions for MBA programs by actively engaging with prospective students and converting leads into enrollments. The role involves

understanding student aspirations, promoting program benefits, and achieving sales targets through counselling, relationship-building, and lead management.

**Key Skills Required**

1. **Sales and Negotiation Skills**: Ability to convert leads into successful admissions.

3. **Counselling Skills**: Understand and address students' academic and career concerns effectively.

4. **Target-Driven Approach**: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain trust with students, parents, and stakeholders.

6. **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up efficiently.

7. **Tech Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in any Specialization
- **Experience**: 0.6-3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, admissions, or educational marketing

Note : Any Regional Languages (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi) Mandatory.
