About The Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to spearhead revenue growth and strengthen our presence in the education sector. The role involves leading key initiatives in student enrolment, strategic collaborations, and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the education technology ecosystem, along with strong expertise in sales strategy, lead conversion, and customer acquisition, to support the organization's growth objectives and long-term vision.

Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Revenue Growth & Reporting

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Coordination with Other Departments

Competencies:

  • 1-4 years' experience in similar roles in education and related industries.

  • MBA preferred, not mandatory

  • Good Communication Skills

Location: HSR Layout Sector 1, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 Day

Pay: ₹28, ₹40,000.00 per month
