- **Experience**: Up to ₹38,000 take-home (Based on relevant experience)

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
**Languages Required**: English + Hindi (Fluency in both mandatory)
**Eligibility**: Only Graduates

**Role Overview**

As an **Academic Counsellor** at UNext Learning, you will be at the forefront of student support, guiding them through their educational journey from course selection to program completion. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have sales experience, this role will allow you to develop valuable skills while helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Guidance**: Provide personalized counseling to students, helping them choose the right courses and navigate their academic paths.
- **Admissions Support**: Assist students with the admission process, answering queries, providing information about programs, and guiding them through necessary documentation.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor students’ academic progress and ensure timely completion of assignments, exams, and projects.
- **Proactive Engagement**: Make outbound calls to provide updates on course progress, and help students with any concerns or needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with students to ensure a positive and supportive experience throughout their academic journey.

**Internal & External Interactions**
- **Internal**: Collaborate closely with the academic team, student support, and administrative departments.
- **External**: Directly interact with students, offering guidance and support through their learning experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Only graduates (any stream) are eligible to apply.
- **Experience**:

- **Fresher**: No prior experience needed, full training provided.
- **Experience**: Up to 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or related fields is preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in both **English** and **Hindi** (written and verbal).
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and resolve students' concerns.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of student interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
