Duties & Responsibilities:

- Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence for customers.
- Handling New Inquiries and arranging necessary details from customers for further Processing.
- Attending HOD meetings and giving correct information as and when required.
- Coordinating with Factory for execution of orders within stipulated time
- Coordinating with Design Department for Layout processing.
- Sending Proforma Invoices to customers.
- Preparing Quotations and sending to customers.
- Sending Order Acceptance mentioning tentatively delivery schedule.
- Checking if orders are received with correct prices, discounts and product numbers.
- Aggressively coordinating with customers for receivables.
- Ensuring that all inquiries are deal with accurately and maintaining the Inquiry Log by taking feedback from Sales/ marketing Executives.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
- Managing and recording all sales inquiries via electronic logging system.
- Consolidating Reports of day to day sales activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
