A senior project / program execution PM to support critical projects in Credit Risk Rating Analytics within the CORA (Climate, Credit Obligor Risk Analytics) in DART (Data Analytics Reporting Technology).

**High Level Project Scops**:

- To migrate obligor Risk Rating models to Helios (A new E2E financial analysis and risk rating technology platform)
- Regulatory implication including achieve 85% of OSUC (Out Standing Unused Commitment) from DRMs & Score Cards via Helios (under MRA 2020-15
- To consolidate and redevelop current set of Risk Rating Models to align with OCC risk rating guidance, business needs and achieve system and operational efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of executing to milestones on one or more projects
- Create and updating project plan
- Seek ongoing stakeholder engagement and feedback on key plan deliverables
- Coordinate and conduct weekly project meeting and document meeting notes
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Communicate project status, risks, issues and dependencies to key stakeholder groups and senior management.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Manage and mitigate risk and issue proactively
- Assess creation and ensure sign-off of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
- Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand project schedule and key milestones.
- Ensure all areas of the project are appropriately staffed and monitor project commitment from those assigning resources.
- Escalate project risks to the Project Director, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate.
- Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Directly affects the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
- Persuades and influences others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
