**Job Duties**
- Design and enhance enterprise data architecture methodologies, operating and governance models focused on risk. Deep knowledge of risk management and reporting processes and an understanding of various credit risk reporting
- Strong ability to identify, initiate and lead work on cross-functional data issues; capability to estimate the resources needed to achieve objectives and to deliver them in a timely and the most efficient and cost-effective way
- Coordinate with other Data Transformation workstreams (e.g. Governance, Controls) to ensure data remediation efforts or outcomes adhere to Transformation Program project plans and requirements
- Understand business line requirements and align these to data governance and/or data risk and controls standards to drive appropriate solutions
- Drive data quality improvements by optimizing data lineage and generating system-specific scorecards to ultimately improve the data quality across the business lines
- Establish governance and monitoring of lineage and modelling deliverables across all credit risk stripes

**Qualification**
- MBA Finance or Bachelor's degree, preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data / Information Management

**Skills Required**:

- MBA Finance or Bachelor's/Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data / Information Management
- Experience in Banking or Finance industry preferred in a Data Governance/ Data Management/ Process Engineering, Risk, Controls, Data Auditing or related area or Internal Audit experience (preferably Risk)
- Working knowledge of Data Operating Model practices, Data Policies / Standards / Procedures, Data Governance / Management, Data Compliance, Data Risk and Controls within large, financial services firms
- Experienced in building and tracking project plans, sequencing deliverables, and issues management
- Expert in data lineage and modelling related disciplines such as Taxonomies, Entities, Concepts and Metadata
- Good communications skills to deliver multi-mode communications including identifying and communication unique information requirements of different audiences
- Certifications relevant to Data, Risk, Audit, Project Management preferred
