**Responsibilities**:

- Seasoned program manager in the Credit Risk workstream for a top global banking client
- Oversee and drive implementation of Credit Risk related transformation initiatives by offering effective project management and guidance.
- Manage the program by coordinating across the firm to develop the project scope, conduct project planning, process mapping, set out and meet the milestones, schedules and tollgates and communicate status updates on a daily/weekly basis as is fit
- Manage program implementation, deliverables tracking, progress reporting, identify and communicate project risks, define mitigation strategies, manage resolutions/escalations, and in general, coordinate, facilitate and document workgroup meetings
- Interact closely with senior stakeholders, thus demanding superior stakeholder management acumen, very strong written and verbal communication skills with high levels of attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- 13+ years of experience in credit risk related program management experience, or overseeing complex credit risk data related engagements
- Strong grasp of data quality life cycle, prior experience in technology systems, and data flow, specifically in the context of credit risk
- Master’s degree in STEM disciplines, along with PRINCE2, PMP®, or similar certification
- High degree of domain expertise in credit risk in a global banking environment
