**1. Role Overview**:
As an Electronics Production Apprentice, you will assist in the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality control processes of electronic products. The role involves hands-on experience with PCBs, electronic components, tools, and industry-standard production practices under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians.

Learning Objectives**:

- Understand end-to-end electronics production processes.
- Gain practical knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and repair.
- Develop discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
- Learn documentation and industry compliance requirements like ISO/ESD/5S.
- Familiarize with industry tools like multimeters, soldering stations, and inspection equipment.

- Reading electronic schematics and layouts
- Use of tools like magnifiers, tweezers, rework stations
- Safety protocols (ESD, fire, electrical, etc.)
- Time management and teamwork

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical stream
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
