Our global sourcing capabilities and strategic partnerships ensure seamless support for clients worldwide.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our electronics manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in EMS processes, SMT technology, and quality systems, ensuring efficient production and adherence to global standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage production activities across multiple electronics manufacturing projectsOversee SMT, back-end assembly, and testing operationsEnsure process excellence in solder paste application, reflow and wave soldering profilingImplement ESD precautions and manage PCB marking protocolsSupervise stencil development and utilization using Gerber filesProgram and maintain Pick and Place machines, SPI, and AOI systemsDrive cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and profitability analysisMaintain compliance with QMS standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, IATF 16949Uphold EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) management systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality output Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (B.Tech/B.E)10 –15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in EMSStrong technical knowledge of SMT processes and equipmentProven ability to manage production teams and deliver resultsFamiliarity with international quality and environmental standardsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities
