**Job Title**: Health Care Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Health Care Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment within the healthcare industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract, screen, and hire qualified professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization.

**Responsibilities**:
3. **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with the organization's needs.

4. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry job roles, qualifications, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software for recruitment purposes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in recruiting or human resources.
- Experience in recruiting for various healthcare positions such as nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, etc.
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges related to recruitment.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively identify and engage with top healthcare talent, ensuring the organization maintains a high standard of staffing to deliver quality care and services.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
