Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

**Interview Coordination and Feedback**:Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.

**Offer Negotiation and Onboarding**:Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and fair job offers.
Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Relationship Building**:Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry professionals to expand the talent network.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand departmental needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,458.58 - ₹47,714.90 per month
