**About Us**:
Unity Health, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various roles across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physicians, medical assistants).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings to onboarding.
- Build relationships with clients to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare certifications and regulations.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in recruiting, preferably within healthcare.
- Knowledge of healthcare certifications and industry regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
