Location: Hyderabad Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Responsibilities - Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients - Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding - Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks - Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs - Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends Requirements - 3+ years of exclusive US Healthcare recruiting experience OR - 4+ years of experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), with the recent 2 years specializing in US Healthcare roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
