**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals in the US.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview questions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent.

**Requirements**:
- **4+ years** of experience as **Lead US Healthcare Recruiter** with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of the **US healthcare system**, including current trends and challenges.
- Hands on experience with **Medefis** Portal
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
