Retail Sales Associate

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell mobile accessory products to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper display and branding of products at retail outlets.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients under company guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in sales (preferably in mobile accessories, FMCG, or electronics).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of mobile accessories and current market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license (if field sales).
