Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, power banks, cases, and screen guards. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to achieve sales targets and ensure product visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
- Ensure regular product placement, merchandising, and stock availability at retail points.
- Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Execute promotional activities and brand visibility campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
- Collect market feedback and communicate it to management for product improvement.
- Manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of mobile accessories and retail market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in mobile accessories / FMCG / telecom / electronics sector preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
