Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Marketing Representative to join our team, a Software firm. As a Tele Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge software to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects over the phone, effectively communicate the benefits of the Software, and generate leads for our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our growth and make a significant impact in the legal software industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our Software and generate interest in our solution.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our Software to prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and provide necessary support during the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in tele marketing or telesales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills to engage prospects and build relationships.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a passion for achieving results.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telephony tools.
- Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection in a professional manner.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
