As we expand into new markets and channels, we are looking for a talented Jr. accounts/ finance Executive to join our growing finance team.

Location: Remote

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and post journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor fund flow.
  • Scrutinize ledgers and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Finalize accounts up to trial balance; assist in audit and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, and PT.
  • Support in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books.
  • Manage employee Monthly payroll
  • Handle inter-branch accounting and reconciliations if required.
  • Manage day-to-day invoicing, billing, and payment follow-up
  • Manage companies ITR filing, vat, Ledger
  • Having knowledge of US and Dubai Based accounting is added advantage

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
  • Advanced certifications such as CA-Inter or CMA (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
