Position: ONSITE PROJECT COORDINATOR
- education technology. Onsite Project Coordinator will be responsible for working for premier customers of Unifyed in supporting its next generation Student Information System (SIS) solution. This position provides opportunity to work with a highly advanced team and experience the first-hand process, innovation, and technology that goes into building a game changing product.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatch tickets raised by Customer Point of Contact (POC) / End Users in ticketing system (ConnectWise) to appropriate technical / functional resources
- Ensure information is complete and maintained up-to-date in ticketing system (ConnectWise)
- Respond to Monitoring Issues according to the defined procedures
- Participate in on-call support, ensuring stability and performance of production environments.
- Participate in Post Incident Reviews and discussions.
- Produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and identify commonly occurring problems
- Work with Finance Team in reconciliation of payments received through Payment Gateway
- Build effective working relationships with cross-functional team members
- Build automation to prevent problem recurrence; eventually automate response to all non-exceptional service conditions.
- Make suggestions for process improvements and enhanced operational efficiencies.
- Measure support performance / SLA using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
MUST HAVE:

- Expertise in using MS-Excel, MS-Word
- Experience with ticketing system ConnectWise, JIRA, osTicket, FreshDesk
- Strong communication and presentation skills including strong ability to network and negotiate at all levels in the organization
- Functional: Debugging ability, prioritization, and scheduling skills
- Behavioral: Strong problem solving, sense of urgency and prioritization
- Knowledge of Konkani Language

GOOD TO HAVE:

- Prior experience in Higher Education domain

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 per year
