**About Rio Moving**:
Rio Moving is a moving and delivery service company across the United States. We provide the most innovative way to move household goods across towns in a secure & affordable way guaranteed.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

**Project Manager Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with movers, scheduling move, follow up etc via text and phone
- Coordinating with team members to make sure that all moves are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Act as point of contact for assigned moves, complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Maintain existing movers relationships
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information

**Shift timings**: US Shift. Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM (9 hrs predefined shift)

**Working days**: 6 days a week and Monday fixed off

**Location**:Panjim, Goa
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic knowledge of US geography
- Understanding of US accent
- Should be well-versed in MS Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
