Sales Coordinator

Job Description: South Goa Spa & Resorts Hotel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our luxurious hospitality services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the South Goa market and client preferences is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and event sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
