Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Lead the end-to-end management of construction/real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control and timely approvals.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance, resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and legal compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders and prepare detailed MIS reports.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely handover of projects.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise project engineers and site teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning tools and contract management.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate development processes, RERA guidelines, and statutory clearances.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master's degree preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in project management within construction or real estate
- Proven track record of successfully delivering mid to large-scale projects on time and within budget.
