Job description

Required Skills:

- Min 2 years in project management or atleast 4 years as a senior developer. Note that atleast 2 years experience in any coding language is necessary.
- good commumication skills
- good team management skills

Note : This role is exclusively for Goa location.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Communicate with client and understand requirements. These requirements have to be documented in a clear and easy to understand format.

2. Plan sprints, set deadlines and manage developer & tester schedules.Juggle resources.

3. Take ownership of the project and lead the team towards successful completion of the project.

4. Provide systematic and timely feedback to clients about progress of the project.

5. Evaluate performance of team members and do post completion analysis of each project.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Software development: 2 years (preferred)
- IT project management: 1 year (preferred)
