Job Title**:Project Coordinator**

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of
Project Estimator and Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for checking and
verifying client drawings, creating new drawings, estimating materials and labour costs,
determining project timelines, managing project budgets, and finalizing contractors,
suppliers, and materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check and verify client drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Create new drawings based on client specifications and requirements.
- Estimate materials including cost, quality, and type to ensure project budget is met.
- Estimate labour requirements including skills and number of workers needed for
project completion.
- Estimate project completion timeline and manage project schedule.
- Develop project budget and cost estimates for materials and labour.
- Finalize contractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective
project completion.
- Create quotations and follow up on quotations for negotiation of prices, quantity,
quality, and materials.
- Resend quotations as needed to ensure accuracy and completion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- **Around 2 years of experience in project estimation and coordination.**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
