**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Goa, India. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects, contributing your skills and ideas to help us visually communicate our brand's message and captivate our audience. This role is ideal for a talented and motivated individual in the world of graphic design.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the senior graphic designers and creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Assist in the creation of visual assets for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and more.

Work on the design and layout of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.

Create eye-catching visuals and illustrations to enhance our brand's online presence and engage our target audience.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand's design guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and tools to continuously improve your skills and stay innovative in your work.

Support the team in various design-related tasks and projects as needed.
EXPERIENCE - 06MONTHS -1YEAR

Qualifications:
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including examples of digital and print design work.

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for design and a creative mindset.

Knowledge of Indian market and cultural trends (preferred).
