Job Title: Project Coordinator (Fresher)

Location: Goa

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as

a Project Coordinator. As a fresher, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career and

gain valuable experience in project management. The position is open to both graduates and

post-graduates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field Work: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for conducting field work related

to the assigned government project. This includes visiting project sites, conducting

surveys, collecting data, and monitoring project progress.
- Recruitment and Sales: The Project Coordinator will assist in the recruitment process for

Additionally, the coordinator may be involved in sales activities, promoting the project

and its benefits to potential stakeholders.
- Project Support: The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the

project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project

documentation. They will also assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring

adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate or Post-graduate degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.

**Salary**: The salary for the position of Project Coordinator is 2.4 L CTC

Note: It is essential for the Project Coordinator to have their own vehicle, as they will be required

to travel to different locations for field work and project-related activities.

Interview Process:

- Telephonic Interview.
- Senior HR Round Interview.
- Interview with Chairman

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
