**Role**
iamneo is looking for a motivated “Director
- Sales Operations” to lead our sales strategies, establish the sales go-to-market and business development infrastructure that will help us reach our vision and mission. Lead and build an efficient sales team to achieve targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the efficient and effective closing of new Corporate and University Partnerships.
- Understand the digital learning products landscape and partner ecosystem.
- Support business development operations, including customer forecasts, pipeline and quota setting processes, along with the development of workflows, processes, and critical metric reports
- Work with each of iamneo’s vertical leaders to define, maintain and implement strategies to identify high-potential prospective Clients, tailor our value proposition to their needs and drive the advancement of new commercial opportunities
- Support the design and execution of deal-related materials, and related resources.
- Accomplish team results by leading and guiding the sales team.
- Collaborate with all user groups across iamneo to ensure system integrations, workflow, and process to optimally drive business needs
- Develop and maintain sales strategy documents, analyses and client-facing materials
- Perform research and stay on top of industry-specific talent trends to advise focused sales pitches
- Work cross functionally to support the go-to-mark priorities including; RFPs, proposals, pricing, B2B marketing, and revenue operations.
**Requirements**:
- Overall work experience of 10+ years in B2B IT Sales.
- Exposure to the markets with experience in the EdTech industries.
- Proven experience in building and managing high performing sales teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-performing environment.
- Understanding of SaaS businesses and Hubspot CRM is preferred.
