As a Customer Service/Customer Support at APSK Production & Entertainment Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the team in various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:
2. Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records using MS-Excel.

3. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Help in organizing and coordinating events and promotional activities.

5. Utilize Hindi proficiency to communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking clients.

6. Support the team in creating and updating reports and presentations using MS-Office.

7. Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
