**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Visits**: Conduct regular field visits to meet with existing and potential clients, presenting products or services and addressing their needs.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**: Identify and reach out to prospective clients, generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling, and converting leads into sales.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present and demonstrate products or services, providing detailed information on features and benefits, and answering client inquiries.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Reporting and Feedback**: Prepare and submit regular reports on field activity, sales performance, and client feedback to the sales manager.
- **Promotional Activities**: Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand client base.
- **Customer Support**: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in [education sector].
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet sales goals and targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
- **Self-Motivation and Initiative**: Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a proactive attitude and confidence in approaching new clients.
- **Organization and Time Management**: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client appointments and deadlines effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
